Thank you for supporting WearIt. We are a small, purpose-driven brand, and every item is made especially for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase and supported if something goes wrong.
Made-to-Order Products
All WearIt. items are custom made when you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Size Exchanges (New Brand Flexibility):
Because we are a young and growing store, we understand that ordering online can sometimes feel uncertain, especially with apparel.
While we cannot guarantee exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are committed to working with our customers on a case-by-case basis.
If you ordered the wrong size, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We may be able to offer:

For a damaged item or an item with a manufacturing error:
Damaged items must be reported within 30 of receiving the item.
Please email us at: hello@wearit.us and let us know about the damaged item. Please include a photo, if possible.

Why we can’t reship or refund: (unless a damaged item or manufacturing error)
If the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” we have no way to verify the claim that it wasn’t received. Because of this, we’re unable to cover reshipping or refunding the order. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Processing for damaged and approved items:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Order Cancelations:
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at hello@wearit.us. Once it is in production, it cannot be cancelled or altered.
